Lincoln City Antique Week Hosts Harry Rinker

On Friday, February 5th and Monday, February 8th meet Harry Rinker here at the Lincoln City Cultural Center. student musiciansSecond Sundays Youth Concerts Lincoln City Cultural Center is pleased to sponsor a regular program featuring local entertainment "stars" of the future! Taft 7-12 music instructor Andrew Hordichuk has brought jazz, guitar, and choral performers to the cultural center stage in past months. Join us in appreciating the talents of our youngsters and the effort of their teacher in developing those talents. Refreshments are available. Join us at 2 pm. Admission to these showcases for our local youth is free, but donations are always appreciated.

art classesOur dance studio will be a BUSY room this winter. Hip Hop and Jazz classes, and Adult Latin Aerobics are offered by Chella (Chaya) Anguiano, a feisty little dancer and choreographer from Tillamook. Sabine Mon, a recent arrival from Switzerland, offers Basics of Dance for children 3 to 6 and 7 to 10, and Adult Music and movement classes. For more information contact Sabine at 503-330-8789.

Neelie Hawkins will teach Beginning Ballroom and Nightclub Dancing. A former Arthur Murray instructor, Neelie will teach adults on Tuesday evenings. She can be reached at 541-994-9374.

Guitar lessons with Gary Burman, beginning drawing with Jennifer Graham, and Semi-precious stone jewelry, designed, assembled and knotted, taught by Anna Galizia will also begin in January.
